UtiliSite will provide safe, high quality and timely services to build, operate and maintain infrastructure required by current governmental regulations and standards as well as complete, accurate site preparation. UtiliSite will strip and fill your project site, install pipe, final grade as close to perfect as possible the first time. UtiliSite is a fully licensed, insured and bondable entity.
Our key employees hold Delaware Blue Card certification required by the Delaware Soil Conservation, Storm water and Sediment Control Program. Employees participate in yearly continuing education classes and take pride in a safe and injury free workplace. All employees are proficient in reading and building from site blueprints. We specialize in underground utilities and commercial site work, which include – erosion and sediment control measures, earthwork, storm water ponds, underground water, sanitary sewer and storm water pipe, installation of manhole and catch basin structures , rough and fine grading, concrete curbs, pads and sidewalks, pavement for DelDOT entrances and site parking lots with striping and signage, and more.
UtiliSite’s key employees are well seasoned with many years of experience in all aspects of underground utility installation and site work solutions.
UtiliSite is conscientious of the green movement therefore we recycle all recyclable materials removed from our construction sites and import recycled materials where possible.
UtiliSite observes policies to insure a desirable workplace environment such as but not limited to:
- Alcohol and drug use, sale and possession is prohibited
- Misconduct that interferes with operations or discredits the company
- Conduct that is offensive to customers or to fellow employee will not be tolerated
